Garnatxa Blanca del Carlos is a very special white wine, from a vineyard of White Grenache owned by a very good friend and winemaker of Sílvia, Carlos Cubells. The estate is located in Poboleda on a cool and steep hillside, at about 600 meters above sea level.

The harvest is manual, and fermentation is very slow at a controlled temperature in oak barrels, amphorae and vats. Subsequently, the wine is aged in storage on its lees for approximately 5 months.
