Aiaiai is a light and easy-going wine from Priorat, with a very good balance between minerality and fruit, made from the youngest vines, between 20 and 30 years old. A blend mainly of Grenache and Carignan, together with a small proportion of Syrah, grapes from different parts of Priorat (Poboleda, Torroja and Bellmunt). Aging in 500-liter French oak barrels and amphorae for 8 months.
